Summit Condos Unit #240 Bradley Building is a one bedroom, one bathroom corner unit that has been recently updated with new furniture and appliances

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge Less than 1000 yards.
There is no Cleaning fee when Check-out procedures are followed
There is a Covid-19 linen fee.
The unit sleeps 4 with a King in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper in the livingroom
Great unit for a family
Amenities include a fullly equipped kitchen with new appliances, microwave and coffee maker
The living room has a wood burning stove with firewood provided.  A 55" flat screen TV, internet, cable and DVD player.
There is a coin operated laundry facualties on the Complex. Also a gym, jacuzzi and seasonal pool.
These ammenities may close depending upon Covid 19

Underground reserved parking for 1 car is provided for the unit. There is no onsite parking for a second car.  There is a bus stop located right outside door of the Bradley Building for easy access to free public transportation into The Town Center, The Village or Eagle Lodge

Due to the Building configuration of the Summit Condos units can be chilly Especially thoes located above the concrete gagage. Using the firplace is highly recommended to get and keep the living room warm and the Baseboard heaters in the unit.  During times of sub zero cold an addition space heater can be provided.

During these times of Covid-19 and the inherited risk of traveling to and from The Summit and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation.

There is no addition cleaning  fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected and unit left in orderly condition.
There is an additional  $ 75.00 plus tax Covid-19sanitization and linen fee.

We are following all guidelines for cleaning.
All linens including the blankets, comfortors and pillow shams are changed between guests.
We use a  UV germicidal light system in the unit after check out. Also utilizing an eletrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19  disinfectant.  All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved

During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from The Summit and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation.

Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee.
During this time of Covid-19, if Mono County closes us to nightly rentals  less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a Covid-19 shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down.  We will allow you to reschedule when the  restrictions are lifted.
