Courchevel #34 is a 2 bedroom plus loft and 2 bathroom unit with a private two car garage.

Contactless Check-in and Check-out

Lots of windows and space make this a comfortable unit. It even has its own washer and dryer. Located less than 300 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge.  Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a 42" flat screen , DVD in the livingroom, free wireless internet access and a washer and dryer. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 32" flat screen cable T.V.  The Downstairs bedroom  has a king bed and a 32" flat screen cable T.V. The loft has two twins, and the living room has a new sectional  sofa WITHOUT a queen size sleeper couch.  * Double air matress is provided.  Linens for air matress provided upon request.

Cleaning is included when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected and unit left in orderly condition.
There is an additional Covid-19 linen fee.

We are following all guidelines for cleaning including a minimun of 24 hours break between guests.
All linens including the blankets, comfortors and pillow shams are changed between guests.
We use a  UV germicidal light system in the unit after check out.
We are utilizing an eletrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19  disinfectant
All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved.

The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building.
These ammenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings.

During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation.

Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee.
During this time of Covid-19, if Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a Covid-19 shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down.  We will allow you to reschedule when the  restrictions are lifted.

There will be a 2.9% processing charge from Lodgable added to the reservation.
