Completed in April 2018. Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Guest House is located on our 3+ acre Equestrian Estate in the heart of beautiful Crowley Lake. The perfect place to enjoy your Eastern Sierra Adventure at this truly unique location
Breathtaking views of Crowley Lake and the surronding Sierras from this second story home located above the detached garage between the Main House and Barn.

Very private and quiet.  Our closest neighbor is 100 yards away
In room air conditioning when it's too hot but average summer night temps high 50s
Back Up Generator power on the Ranch. Keeping everyone comfey and safe in case we lose power.
Enjoy your Sierra Adventure at this truly unique location.

Fabulous kitchen fully equipped with GE Cafe appliances, convection microwave and beverage frig.
The refrigerator has filtered water and ice dispenser in the door. Coffee maker for both drip and K-cup,
VitaMix blender, toaster oven and crock pot.
Great table for dining.
Gas Barbaque on the North facing deck with a views of Crowley Lake and beyond
50" flat screen Smart TV in living room area and  high speed internet. Second internet service also available
The Bathroom has a 6 foot Jacuzzi tub for relaxation after your day of play in the Sierras
The Bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses.
Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer.
If you need anything not supplied in the Guest House let us know. Sure we have it in the Main House.

Cleaning is included when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean and unit in orderly condition
There is a $ 75.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee.

We are following all guidelines for cleaning.  All linens including the blankets, comfortors and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a  UB germicidal light system in the unit after check out. We are utilizing an eletrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19  disinfectant  Alll cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved

As you travel to and from the Guest House area durning these times of COVID-19 you are coming here at your own risk and we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus during you vacation.

Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee.

We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures and smoke from wildfires.
Travel insurance is highly recommended!

If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals  less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down.  We will allow you to reschedule when the  restrictions are lifted.

Lucky Day Ranch is walking distance to the Crowley Lake Store & Cafe 395, the Community Center and the new Skateboarding Park.
Just a mile to Crowley Lake Fish Camp for fishing and summer water sports fun. Boat rental and fishing guides available. Don't forget the fabulous 4th of July celebration at Crowley Lake. No driving back to Mammoth!!!
Minutes to Rock and McGee Creeks' trail heads and pack stations. Access to the John Muir Wilderness and Pacific Crest Trail.
3 miles to Tom's Place. Fun old time Diner and  Full Bar
5 miles to the Yosemite/Mammoth Airport. Please check if Car rentals are available there.
8 Miles to Convict Lake for fishing and hiking.  Great treats and fine dining the Convict Lake Resort
Just 20 minutes to Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Mountain Ski Area for all the snow and summer fun
30 minutes to June Lake Junction and the entrance to the June Lake Basin
45 miles to the Tioga Pass entrance for Yosemite National Park.
Check out the Mobile-Mart and Whoo Neli Deli on the left. Great food.
* Please note that Tioga Pass/Hwy 120 is closed from late Fall and reopens late Spring, early Summer depending upon the weather.  Please check with Cal Trans for road status
30 miles to Bishop for great golf, year round fishing and climbing in the Gorge, Happy/Sad Boulders and
The Buttermilks. Don't forget Mule Days
Great for high altitude training for the running and cycling enthusiasts.
Plenty of room for parking your Boat or Snowmobiles.
We are and Equestrian Estate with horses on the property.
PLEASE NOTE ! The Horses are not available for riding by guests.
During the winter The Horses may not be on the property.
No Pets Please.
